"Box Was Beat Up... But Shoes Were Good!!"
The box showed up dented, which worried me at first!! But thankfully the shoes inside were totally fine... no damage, no issues, and they look great!!!

"Took Way Longer Than I Expected"
I ordered these from another country, i had a feeling early on that the shipping was going to be slow. The tracking barely updated, which made me a little uneasy, and customer support was just okay when I reached out. The shoes did arrive in good condition in the end, so that part was fine, but for the price, I really expected a smoother experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes from solebox and, i wasn’t expecting them to show up that fast. Got the tracking info quickly, and by the next day the package was already on the move. Delivery only took a few days and everything arrived in good shape. The box had a tiny mark on it, but nothing serious at all. Really happy with how smooth and fast it was, I’d definitely order again

Customer service did end up helping me sort out my order issue, which I appreciated! 🙂 The only downside was that it took a couple of days to get a proper answer, and I had to follow up again. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest either. Faster replies would definitely make it better!

I ordered from solebox and ended up having to contact customer service because I wasn’t getting a clear delivery update. To be fair, they did reply and they were polite, but it took a couple of days, which felt longer than it should have. I eventually got the information I needed, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the slow response made me lose some trust in them. If they answered faster, I’d feel a lot more confident ordering again
